Palliative Care
Palliative care is specialized medical care that focuses on providing relief from the symptoms, pain, and stress of a serious illness, regardless of the diagnosis or stage of the disease.
Hospice Care
Hospice care, when administered at the optimal juncture, offers patients the invaluable gift of time. It affords them the opportunity to come to terms with their diagnosis, relish moments of nostalgia, bid their farewells, and put their affairs in order.
Primary Care
Primary care provides ongoing, personalized healthcare focused on prevention, wellness, and managing everyday health needs. It supports patients in staying healthy, addressing concerns early, and building a trusted relationship with their provider.

You are eligible for health care and insurance coverage, including 401(k), if you work 32 or more hours per week as a full-time employee. Your eligible dependents may also be enrolled in most coverages, including voluntary plans. Part-time employees who are regularly scheduled to work 30-31 hours are eligible for Medical, Prescription, and 401(k) coverage. Part-time employees working under 30 hours per week, Per Diem employees are eligible for 401(k) once they work 1,000 hours in an anniversary year.
